2. Permitted & Acceptable Use
DevForge provides free, client-side developer utilities, timestamp converters, text sanitizers, and AI prompt engineering tools. You are permitted to:
- Use all tools for personal, educational, commercial, and enterprise software development workflows without licensing fees.
- Copy, format, and incorporate generated code snippets (TypeScript, Python, SQL, Go, etc.) and prompt templates directly into your applications.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or launch automated Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our web delivery infrastructure.
- Scrape or mirror the complete website interface for republishing without explicit attribution.
3. Intellectual Property & Your Content Ownership
Your Data is 100% Yours: You retain complete ownership of all prompts, text strings, source code, and data inputs you process through DevForge. We claim zero ownership or copyright over any processed outputs, transformed prompts, or extracted JSON objects.
Site IP: All original UI designs, branding, logos, documentation articles, and custom algorithms are the intellectual property of DevForge.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
DevForge tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While our algorithms, token counters, PII scanners, and converters are engineered for maximum accuracy, we do not warrant that all outputs will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. Users are responsible for validating transformed code and prompt templates before production deployment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DevForge, its maintainers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our tools, including but not limited to loss of data, AI model billing discrepancies, or system downtime.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this URL. Continued use of our tools constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
